Q to Z... the end of All About Me.... Finally

Quite the poet, yes I know.

Q --- I have no clue... I'm skipping this letter... It's my blog and I can do what I want :)

R --- Running... I hate it! I don't usually run unless someone's chasing me... but, I decided that it's good for me and I am finally determined to get my running shoes on. My friend Ashley invited me to run a 5k a few weeks ago... boy, was I glad I was busy that day. I'm afraid what would happen to my body if I tried to run right now. Anyway, I told her to ask me again in a couple months... I'll let you know how it goes.

S --- Singing... terrible! I feel so sorry for the people who sit in front of me on Sundays. But, I do teach the 'almost 2' Bible class Sunday mornings... they don't care how badly I sing. At least I admit it.

T --- Two.... the age of my sweet twins! Whoever named it the Terrible Two's didn't have perfect children like mine..... hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

U --- Underwear... something neither of the above mentioned two-yr-olds wear. We are so-not-close to this potty training thing. Soon... soon.

V --- Vacation. We are really needing a vacation soon. We haven't taken one in a loooong time! I went to S. Padre with the kids earlier this summer (without Daddy)... but that doesn't count. Hmmm... anyone know of any 2yr old friendly places to visit?

W --- Weslaco. My home town. It's WAY down south... between McAllen and Harlingen. I left there between 7th and 8th grade and moved to College Station. I still consider Weslaco as my home.

X --- ?? I'm skipping this one too....

Y --- Yellow... my second favorite color (red's my first). It's the color of the "nursery" walls - bright school bus yellow... I love it... it makes me happy!

Z --- Zoo.... I loooove the zoo. We just took the kids to the Houston Zoo (it was hot and muggy, but we loved it). When the weather cools off, maybe we'll visit the Waco Zoo - I've heard lots of great things about it!

Sorry I didn't have any pictures to post Mom - I'll have some tomorrow, I promise!

Hey! I just started running again in August - it's been nearly 10 years since I ran on a regular basis. I have every confidence that you can and will do it. You'll be surprised how quickly it starts to feel good - but the first week will stink!

Good job sticking to it and finishing your alphabet...even if you did play the "it's my blog and I can do what I want" card a couple of times (it made me laugh).

Looking forward to tomorrow's pictures!
